A: Please contact a ValTech Customer Care Representative at 1.800.800.7444 or 614.575.2900. Changes in service often require a minimal charge (please refer to our tariff on this website). In order to make these changes more affordable, ValTech keeps the charges to a minimum and can break larger charges into three affordable payments for you. Changes require authorization in writing. We recommend customers request the changes to be made with effective date via fax. Change orders require an authorized signature.
